Schedule of Fees

The monthly fee covers all basic living expenses except cable television and telephone. The fee includes meals  (2 or 3 daily based on level of service), weekly housekeeping, scheduled transportation, activities, and use of the common space amenities such as the indoor pool and exercise room. Residential Care and Memory Care residents also receive personal assistance based on their care plan. A $2,500 Reservation Deposit will hold a unit for up to thirty (30) days, or may be used as a Wait List Deposit. Upon move in $1,500 of this fee becomes a one time Community Fee while the balance is applied to the first month’s rent.
