How to Become a Resident

To apply to become a resident at the Lodge at Shelburne Bay senior living community, please follow the steps outlined below. If you have questions at any point, please don't hesitate to call us at (802) 985-9847.

  1. Contact our Sales & Marketing Department at (802) 985-9847 to arrange for an appointment and site tour.
  2. Obtain a Priority Number by completing the Wait List Agreement below and submitting a deposit of $2,500.
  3. Complete the Application for Residency packet, including financial and medical Information forms, which will be mailed to you a few months prior to move-in.
  4. Review Residency Agreement and Resident Handbook which will be given to you prior to residency and write down any questions.
  5. Upon financial and medical approval, set up an appointment with the Director of Sales & Marketing to sign Residency Agreements. At this time, the security deposit and first month's rent are due.
  6. Set your move-in date and welcome to The Lodge at Shelburne Bay!
