Monthly Fees
The monthly fee includes meals (2 or 3 daily based on level of service), weekly housekeeping, scheduled transportation, activities, and use of all common space amenities. Assisted Living and Memory Care residents also receive personal assistance based on their care plan.
A $2,500 wait list deposit will become a one time community fee, upon move in.
